It's summer, a time for kids to relax, visit friends, enjoy the great outdoors, and dive into an exciting new book.

Research shows children lose one to three months of learning every summer. Prevent this summer learning loss by encouraging parents to host a Summer Reading Olympics in their home or neighborhood.
